Spring Term 2020
We started off the term by making dream catchers; we attached our aspirations to them and have displayed them on our class window.
We then talked about miracles and how we would like to change the world if we could. We decided that we would stop the fires in Australia, remove all the plastic from our oceans and also stop the polar ice caps from melting. Our collages show 'before' and 'after' pictures.
We then spent some time learning about and finding out how the bush fires in Australia have been destroying homes and habitats. We researched many of the different and unusual animals that come from 'Down Under'
We thoroughly enjoyed our preparations for celebrating Saint David's Day. We researched the life of Saint David using the i-pads and found out many interesting things. We also made Welsh cakes, love spoons and leeks!
Autumn Term 2019
We had a great Autumn Term full of lots of exciting activities. The highlight of the term was our visit to Bellis' Farm. We picked our own pumpkins and had fun in the Maize Maze!
We created shoe boxes for Teams 4 You to send to children in Romania so that they could enjoy Christmas.
We had lots of fun making Christmas craft too!
Our Christmas party was great fun!
