Welcome to the information page for class 1 and class 2 which is the Early Years class.
Listed below is some important information about class 1 and class 2 -
- Mrs Hughes and Mrs Thornhill are the class teachers for class 1.
- Mrs Edwards is the class teacher for class 2.
- The teaching assistants for both classes are Mrs Evans, Mrs Doughty and Miss Blake.
- Snack Money is £1 per week and payable online. Children are given a healthy snack of fruit and a drink of milk or water each day.
- P.E. lessons are on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At present, Nursery and Reception children will be doing P.E. in their school uniform. This means they will not need to bring a P.E. kit to school.
- Children need to wear suitable warm clothes for outdoor days. Please provide a change of shoes or wellies for outdoor days. Class 1's outdoor day is Monday. Class 2's outdoor day is Tuesday.
- Reading books and home reading records go home on a Monday and need to be returned to school on Thursday - this gives time for the books to be cleaned before being re-allocated. All homework is set on Seesaw. All children please use Bug Club for home reading. All QR codes and log in details have been sent home.

Autumn Term 2020 Newsletter for Class 1 and Class 2
We have really enjoyed our topic 'Me and My World' this term. We have been busy learning about different kinds of weather, the seasons and enjoying stories with an Autumn theme such as Percy the Park Keeper.
We have taken part in Harvest celebrations, made poppies for Remembrance Day and had great fun raising money for Children in Need. What a busy term!
